Natural Force Healing^® is a form of hands on healing designed to promote optimal health, enhance personal growth and assist in spiritual awakening.  An imbalance within the body, mind and spirit can foster disease, diminish mental clarity and reduce the total well-being of an individual.  The practitioner acts as a conduit of positive universal energies sending it through a gentle touch of their hands into the client’s body to encourage healing on all levels.  With Natural Force Healing® many physical, mental, emotional and spiritual problems may resolve. 

Reiki was developed in Japan by Dr. Usui in the early 1900’s.  Reiki is by definition the

"spiritually guided life force energy."  It is based on the belief that there is a life force energy that permeates living beings.  Jen uses Reiki to clear the 7 major chakras or energy centers of the body thus enhancing the energetic flow, and promoting natural healing in the cells and organs associated with each chakra.

These seven chakras are seven energy centers located from lower pelvic area to the top of the head.  Each charka holds and moves energy around a specific aspect of human life and has an associated color as shown below:

First Chakra

• Your origins, family, and early life.

• Color is red.

• Located in perineum.

Second Chakra

• Your creativity, passion, work, and relationship.

• Color is orange.

• located in pelvis.

Third Chakra

• Your personal power.

• Color is yellow.

• Located in the abdomen.

Fourth Chakra

• Your love of self and others, ability to give and receive.

• Color is green.

• Located in the heart.

Fifth Chakra

• Your communication and truth.

• Color is blue.

• Located in the throat.

Sixth Chakra

• Your intuition.

• Color is indigo blue.

• Located in the forehead.

  Seventh Chakra

•     Your spiritual connection.

•     Color is violet.

•     Located at the crown of the head.

Matrix Energetics is a system of working with 22 healing frequencies.  Jen focuses her positive intentions for healing with these frequencies.   It allows her to bring in the universal energy to facilitate innate healing through the principles of quantum physics.  Matrix Energetics provides a bridge between physical reality and the quantum field thus affecting the energetic template of the person’s body.  Jen finds this aspect to be of great value in breaking up the blockages often found when a person’s well being has been compromised.

Healing the Master Way brings in spiritual light, positive universal energies and the angelic realm to enhance healing at the cellular level through visualization techniques.
